Hotel offers valet parking for our overnight guests at $59.00 (plus tax) per day with 24 hour in/out privileges. Event Parking is $21.00 per car. Parking rates may be subject to state and local taxes and may change without notice. Parking is based on availability.

Our most popular space for wedding events, North Point Lounge offers a beautiful glass skylight. Remodeled in 2012, this space sets the perfect picture for an inviting ambiance and intimate atmosphere. A modern mosaic tiled fireplace provides an intimate feeling, while still providing enough space to hold 300 guests.
Presidio Ballroom
Skylights line the ceiling of this ballroom filtering in natural light. This is a great location to hold a ceremony for 272 or a cocktail hour/wedding reception for up to 260. Also providing a fireplace, this room offers a unique ambiance for your affair.
  
CA Thayer
This cozy ballroom creates a personal setting for a smaller wedding or reception. CA Thayer offers a hand blown glass chandelier & a mirrored wall credenza which provides the perfect building blocks to re-create your vision in this unique setting.

Please contact your Hyatt Centric wedding specialist in order to best plan your wedding timing and rehearsal. A ceremony fee of $500 - $1,500 will based on the size of the wedding and date.
 
Confirmation of Space and Deposits
Once you decide this is the perfect place for your wedding, an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. Two-three additional payments will apply before your final payment.
Guarantee
A final guaranteed number of guests is due five (5) business days before your wedding date. After we receive this number, it may not be reduced. We will be ready to serve 3% over the guaranteed number you provide.

Final Payment
Please make your final payment in the form of a cashier’s check, credit card or cash due at least five (5) business days prior to the wedding date.

A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and / or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.
 
Applicable Taxes
Menus are subject to applicable 3% healthy SF tax, 23% service charge and 8.75% sales tax.
Guest Accommodations
A room block can easily be set up for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 am.
If you would like to set up a block of rooms, a minimum of ten (10) guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered. Room blocks are based on availability.

Security
Please note that Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.

 

Insurance
Any events planned of a "unique" nature should be reviewed with the Hotel in advance and once approved by Hotel, you may be required to provide evidence of insurance. Or, you may be required to obtain appropriate waivers of liability as required subsequent to Hyatt Corporation Legal Department review.

A General Liability Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage must be on file with the Hotel from event vendors.
